Keep me accountable, people!
Today I did 23 minutes on the treadmill.
I had a couple strawberries, some grapes, half a banana, and a nutrigrain bar for breakfast.
For lunch, I had a salad.
Dinner was a 6" subway club.
That's all I've eaten today.
I have to wear a YELLOW dress for a wedding in 12 days, so I need to keep this up!
