My 200th Post

Here is my week ...

Sunday: ran 2 miles
Monday: ran 2 miles
Tuesday: ran 2 miles, walked/ran the 3rd.
Wednesday: ran 1 mile, walked/ran 2nd

Friday: Ran 2 miles
Saturday: swam 25 laps at the pool.

Have I lost ONE pound?
nope.

But it sure is nice to walk up the steps and not be striving to breathe, so I guess that's good.
